Why Nature Based Therapy?

Nature Based Therapy is not simply a modality or a set of techniques.

It is a way of reconnecting with yourself and remembering your place within the natural world.

In a world that moves fast and often asks us to constantly do more, achieve more, and carry more than is sustainable, this journey invites you to return to rhythm, presence, and connection.

Moving with the seasons, you'll explore Indigenous wisdom, holistic practices, creativity, natural health, and self-care in ways that support your own wellbeing and personal growth.

For many people, this journey feels less like learning something new and more like remembering something they have always known.

You don't need to be a practitioner to benefit from Nature Based Therapy. Sometimes, the most important work we can do is simply reconnect with ourselves first.

Over eight months, you'll be gently guided to slow down, tune into yourself, and develop practical ways to bring nature into your everyday life.

This program is designed for those seeking a supportive and meaningful wellbeing experience that prioritises personal growth, reflection, and sustainable wellbeing.
