Booking & Payment

• A $200 deposit is required to secure your place at the retreat.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat start date.
  All bookings are final once payment is received.

Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the limited number of spaces (maximum 8 participants), all payments are non-refundable. Please carefully consider your commitment before registering, as we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance under any circumstances.

Transfers
If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may transfer your booking to another person, or where applicable, credit your payment toward a future Nature Based Therapy retreat, provided we are notified in writing at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

Transfer requests made less than 14 days prior are not guaranteed and may incur an administrative fee.
