Introduction to
Nature Based Therapy
A live online workshop for professionals ready to reconnect with a more holistic, relational, and sustainable way of supporting wellbeing for themselves and the people they care for.
Slow down. Reconnect with nature. Explore healing through a different lens.
Discover A New Way to Heal
Introduction to Nature Based Therapy invites you to explore how nature can become a powerful co-therapist in your professional practice.
Across this live 4-hour workshop, you’ll experience practical tools, reflective practices, and holistic frameworks that support both personal and professional wellbeing.
Together, we’ll explore how reconnecting with the living world can restore balance, deepen resilience, and offer new pathways for healing.
For some, this workshop is a standalone experience — a chance to pause, reconnect, and gather inspiration. For others, it becomes the beginning of a deeper journey into the 12-month Advanced Accreditation in Nature Based Therapy.
There is no pressure to decide what comes next. This space simply invites you to slow down, experience the work, and notice what resonates.
Why Nature Based Therapy?
Many practitioners are feeling exhausted by fast-paced systems that prioritise productivity over presence. Nature Based Therapy offers a different approach.
Rather than always doing more, fixing more, or carrying more, this work invites us to slow down, reconnect, and work alongside the wisdom of the natural world. Nature becomes more than a setting. It becomes a guide, a mirror, and a partner in healing.
This workshop offers an opportunity to experience that shift for yourself.
